Ishan is a charismatic, driven CEO with more than 25 years of experience in the diamond industry.
Ishan has a proven track record as a successful leader with De Beers, Rio Tinto & Rosy Blue. He has extensive global experience spanning 3 continents in all sectors of the diamond pipeline including producers, manufacturers, jewelry designers and retailers.
Maintaining an uncompromising commitment to high quality standards and bottom-line profit improvements, Ishan excels at turning around businesses into companies that work efficiently and can compete on a global platform.
Nick Van de Voorde
Head of Operations
Nick Van de Voorde is a Diamond Expert from Belgium and has more than 25 years’ experience in the diamond business. He has wide experience in diamond valuations on mine samples at different mine-site locations that assist with acquisitions, forecasting, analysis and joint ventures with mining companies across the world.
On the diamond trade side Nick has worked in strategic role as a Rough Diamond Buyer in the Democratic Republic of Congo and worked as a Rough Diamond Manager for sourcing of rough goods for Signet Jewelers at the major diamond mining companies. On the manufacturing side Nick has a degree in manufacturing, gemology and grading of polished diamonds. Nick has implemented the Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing in the Signet Jewelers’ factory in Botswana. He has audited on a regular basis different factories of companies in Southern Africa and India for Debeers and RioTinto.
His diamond journey includes time spent in Australia, Belgium, Botswana, Canada, DRC, India, Namibia, RSA, Russia, UK and Zimbabwe.
